At Millennial Perfumer, a brand operated by PARFUM TRADERS, we strive to provide premium fragrances and an exceptional customer experience. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. No Returns:
To maintain product quality, hygiene, and safety standards, we strictly do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds once the product has been successfully delivered. Products cannot be returned after opening, unsealing, testing, trial, or use under any circumstances.

Customers are advised to verify their order details and inspect the package condition at the time of delivery before accepting it. Once delivery is completed, all sales are considered final.

2. Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items:
   - If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or with a broken seal, we will offer a replacement of the same product at no extra cost.

  • Replacement delivery time frame will be within 7 days.
  • We don't offer exchange.
  • Important: To be eligible for a replacement, you must record a video showing the unboxing of the product. The video must clearly show the packaging, the seal condition, and any visible damage or defect.

3. Eligibility for Replacement:
   - The unboxing video and proof of purchase must be provided when initiating a replacement request.
   - Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order if your product is damaged or defective.

4. How to Request a Replacement:

   - Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days to guide you through the next steps.

5. Shipping for Replacements:
   - We will cover the shipping costs for all approved replacement items.

6. Final Sale Items:
   - All items are considered final sale once delivered, except for those that meet the conditions for replacement as mentioned above.

Refund is not applicable on any products, if the product is damaged or defective new product will be issued (Recorded video of unboxing is necessary).
